More Reunion Pictures!

Hiking out of ice cave. This was really hard for both of us because of our injuries from the Capture the Flag game.
I love you Amy!
I LOVE this picture of Grandpa.
Playing with Brilee as she shows off her riding skills.
The mud flap I was telling you about.
My poor Mom wanted to make everyone their Jamaican ice cream. The first night she forgot the cream, next day they forgot the bowl for the ice cream maker, and the last day she spilled it all over the floor.
Yum Yum!
Jake doing what he loves.
Mom and the boys after their hike to Lake Mountain.
I like this picture a lot too!
I don't know who ended up winning.
Nap time!
They didn't realized they all matched until somebody on their hike pointed it out to them!
I told you we rocked it! We were singing Kelly Clarkson's Since You've Been Gone.
Hot Dog Roast!

Awesome Pictures!

These picture were taken back in April, but I just got them downloaded from my Dad's computer. Brilee is lucky to have four great grandparents and four grandparents. We love all the grandparent's, and I am so happy we were able to do these pictures!

I HEART SWEET POTATOES!

Bri Bear loves sweet potatoes! When she eats them she acts like Christmas came early!! She would see the spoon coming and start squealing and giggling. She is so funny and so much fun!

Cooley Reunion

The first annual Cooley Family Reunion was a blast! We had so much fun all weekend long. Great company+ great entertainment+ great food= GREAT TIME! The fun started Friday afternoon and ended Sunday night. Friday we had a hot dog roast, took a rhino ride to the Ice Cave, played a couple games of Clue (I won the first, Ry Pie the second), and sang karaoke. Saturday I had to go down for the parade and when I got back we took family pictures, played capture the flag, rode horses, played Koo (AMY AND I WERE THE CHAMPIONS!), visited, and ate good food. Sunday we went for another ride, relaxed, played more Koo (again Amy and I won!), played Clue, played catch phrase, slept, and had good conversations. I loved this reunion, and I cannot wait until next year.
Thomas, Amy, and Del carrying in all the snacks!
Ryann feeding Brilee!
Our first (of many) Rhino ride. Ry did an awesome job driving.
Jake and Con on their first (of many) horse ride.
We definitely rocked it during karaoke.
I love Conner!
The boys rocking it!
This is after our first capture the flag game! We loved this game. The boundaries were rough, and the game took forever but it was a lot of fun. Poor Courtney fell all the way down the mountain but he got up and finished strong. Our second game of capture the flag was not as much fun. Everyone on my team got hurt, and Jake and I still can barely walk today. Oh the joys of capture the flag!
Jake preparing all the horses for their long ride. Three of the four of them had never really been on a horse.
Ice Cave Peak...
Bottom Row: Thomas, Amy, Conner, Me
Top Row: Colby, Courtney, Jake, Jessica, Kaylee, Stacia, Michael.
Us at the Ice Cave... I am so glad Grandma came with us!
This was our ride to the peak. Grandma was lucky enough to wear a visor aka mud flap so when Thomas went speeding through the puddles she was protected. We sang all sorts of songs on the way... Row Row Row your Boat, Star Spangled Banner, Oscar Myer, and others that I can't remember. It was great and so much fun!
This is us driving down the road going fast!
Good times!
This is Brilee Sunday... she was tuckered out!

Bumbo Chair

I put Brilee in her bumbo chair at Granny's today. I never realized what a hit the chair was with little kids. Within seconds of putting her down she was bombarded by cousins. She loved it!
Chazzy loves babies! She is so cute with Brilee. She saw me put Brilee down, and before I could turn around she was sitting in front of her playing with her.
Then Marley came to join in the fun! Chazzy is tickling Brilee's toes.
Kisses from Whazzer!
Jens came in the house and got his turn playing with Brilee.
Look at those baby blues!
As soon as I took Brilee out of the chair Chazzy thought she would take a turn.
She sat down, but totally missed the chair.
Jens took his turn. (He put a blanket it over it because it was pink I think!)

Chloey also had to take a turn!

Wyoming Downs

Last weekend Jake, Jeremy, Trisha, Brilee, Jacsyn, and I went to Evanston to watch the horse races. We went up to watch Mike Ivie's horses run. We left Saturday morning and had all intentions of coming home Saturday. We got to the races just in time for the first heat. Mike's horse ran in the sixth race and so Jake and Jeremy went back to the "barn" to help get it ready. Trisha and I made the most of our time and placed bets, played with the babies, and walked around. We had a lot of fun. After the races were over (Mike's horse did good, but didn't win) we started tossing the idea of spending the night around. I didn't think we really would, but when Trisha and I said we were cool with it the guys were really excited and we ended up staying. Jake and Jeremy went back to the barn with Mike so Trisha, Rebeca, Brilee, Jacsyn, Brooklynn, and I all went to Wal-Mart. We had to buy everything... but I am so glad we stayed! We found a cheap room (next time I think we will spend the extra ten dollars!) and had a great time. Sunday Mike had a horse running and so did some other people from Vernal. Again Trisha and I were left by our husbands and so we did a lot of betting (Jake probably won't want to leave me alone again with the betting tables RIGHT there!) and people watching. Brilee and Jacsyn made lots of friends at the races and were the best babies! Brilee slept a lot (my first hint she was getting sick) and Jacsyn played a lot! They were so fun. After the races we stopped and bought our illegal fireworks before heading home! The truck bed was full of them (we didn't even try to hide them). Jeremy got pulled over by Strawberry and we were so scared... but luckily the fireworks weren't noticed. I am sure the cop thought they were Utah fireworks because they were in plain sight. It was a great weekend! THANKS Jeremy and Trisha for the ride! We can't wait to go back (hopefully in two weeks)!
I am still amazed she was able to sleep through all the noise!
LOVING the horse races!

Jake and Jeremy in stall seven!
Brooklynn, Brilee, Jacsyn hanging out in the strollers!
Family picture time!
First sleep over! They are so cute together.
Two chubbers! (Jacsyn is six weeks older than Brilee)
Jacsyn taking Brilee's binky.
Jake leaving our room.

Update!

Poor Brilee has another ear infection. She started acting weird on Saturday and by Monday I could tell she didn't feel good. I took her to the doctor and sure enough! She is still happy, which makes it hard to tell if she is sick or not. We are trying a stronger medicine this time, and hopefully we won't have anymore ear infections to deal with this summer. If she gets another one we will probably have to get tubes in her ears. Grandma Dickson got home from Jamaica last night, and so Brilee gets to hang out over there for a couple of days.
Jake is breaking three horses right now, and so that is keeping him busy! He is also working and still farming the land. I don't know how he is managing, but he is! Here are some pictures of the land and Jake working the horses.
Jake took the horses over to team sorting to get them used to people, noise, and excitement. Jens came over and kicked his Dad off Syrup! He rode most of the night.
Yes... it is the same land. I cannot believe it either.

I am staying busy working, being a mom, and chasing after Jake! We are getting ready for our family reunion this weekend at the cabin. We cannot wait to see everyone!
