Another year down with the Nyberg Reunion! It was a good time... Lots of laughs, cries, food, playing, and singing. Brilee and Bronson played hard every second they were awake, and slept hard when their bodies would finally let them relax. They were disgustingly dirty, but happy beyond words each night as we got them ready for bed. Our only struggle was when Bronson ate the wrong pancake. I looked over at him and saw his big eyes and knew we had trouble. After his vomiting, hives, and eyes swelling shut I told Jake how grateful I was that he is getting better. HE NEVER STRUGGLED TO BREATH!!!! YEA!!!!! He took a big dose of benadryl, and we went for a drive. He slept a few hours, and then was good as new! Last night we came home and slept great in our own beds. When I went to lay Bronson down for his nap at 1030 Bri told me she was tired too. So I sent her to her bed and Bronson to his bed. Jake wasn't about to turn down a nice nap, and so they are all asleep now. Which gives me my time to clean, laundry, and blog. What a beautiful weekend!
Some genius person (probably Granny) brought a bunch of beads and iron bead things. Entertained kids for hours!
Chaz got burned by the iron... So did most of the girls actually.
I love how Angie comes up each year and does hair and nails. I always get a kick out of it.
Little boy things he is too big for his own good now that he walks (and wears shoes!!). He wants to be on his own to do his own thing. He sat here for 10 minutes.
Cutest stick horses around!
The girls and their treasures from the raffle. Brilee won a "Nyberg Reunion" hoodie, Mar a coloring book, and Chaz won the most desired price. Bathtub Barbie.
Friday night we sat around the campfire and Jennifer played her guitar and we all sang camp songs. It was fun, and the highlight of Bri's weekend. (She's on Grandpa's lap).
