Screamer

Our little Screamer is two months old today! He is getting to be so much fun, and we are figuring him out so he is getting easier. A few fact about Bronson at 2 months:
He goes to sleep between 9 and 10, sleeps until 3, eats, and sleeps until around7.
He eats every 3-4 hours.
He wears 3-6 month clothes.
He LOVES noise. Vacuum, radio fizz, running water, and loud shushing will settle him better than anything.
He relies on his reflux medicine, but he still spits A LOT!
He has the BEST smile ever!
He is very talkative.
He only likes to sleep with someone, but we are working on that.
He knows my voice, Jake's, and Bri's.
He is happiest in the mornings, and maddest in the evenings.
He is starting to like his cars seat!!!! YEA!!!!
He is adorable!
Poor Bear came down with a wicked case of strep last weekend. It was awful. She woke up Saturday morning throwing up. I thought it was just a small bug, and so I gave her medicine and made her a bed. She was good all morning, and acted normal. Around one she was super hot. I took her temp. and it was 102. Twenty minutes later 103.6, and ten minutes after that 105!!! She was super lethargic and sickly. I took Bronson to Julie's, called my mom, and took Bri to the doctor. We got right in, and they gave her more motrin and tylenol. Told me to strip her down, and tried to get her to eat popsicles. She wouldn't. They confirmed it was strep, and said we couldn't leave until her fever was gone. I let her go to sleep, and the medicine started working. Finally it was better and so the doctor came and recommended that we do the shots instead of 10 day antibiotic. He asked me to wake her up, and I recommended doing the shots first. So we did, and it was a heartbreaking way to wake up! She did well the rest of the day, and is back to normal now. That Bear Cub!

This is a common sight of Bronson while we watch Bri at swim lessons. Her swim teacher told me today that Bri is floating on her back and tummy all by herself! You go girl!

 Screamer at work.

Amy sent Brilee the SWEETEST big sister package! All the girls love it.

Jay Bug did the kids tri last weekend. She was awesome, and it was so fun to watch her!

The BESTEST FRIENDS (when they aren't fighting!)

These girls are so cute, and have the best time together. They are all so creative, and play some of the funniest games together. House is their favorite and they spend the whole game calling one another sweetie and honey. It's adorable. Last week Bri and Chaz were jumping on the trampoline while I was planting flowers. I was listening in on their conversation when I head Chaz saying, "I wish Kelsey were my mom" Bri said she wanted Julie to be her mom, and Chaz got all excited and said, "yea and then we could be cousins and come to granny's to play!" Because it's so different from what they do now. Haha! Little B was put on Zantac after a long 6 weeks of screaming and being in pain. The medicine was working, but it quit after a couple of days. We were switched to Prevacid and that seems to be doing the trick. He has been rather smiley and talkative the past couple of days, which makes the crying the past while all seem worth it. Tomorrow Brilee is headed to Cali, and we will all miss her like crazy! We are excited for her to go see the Cali folks though!

The Big Sister

Brilee is constantly referring to herself as, "the big sister". She can be so sweet with Bronson. For the most part she kinda ignores him, but when she plays with him it is adorable! She loves to tell me what he is doing in the car, and is always saying, "Look Mom I made him smile." When he cries she will tell me "I can chill him down." Or, my favorite, "Do you need big sister to calm you out?" She gets chill out, and calm down confused. ADORABLE BIG SISTER!
 He was pretty happy too...
